Dr Dalena Ly

Dr. Dalena is excited to be part of the Jacaranda Family Dental team, bringing her passion for dentistry and her commitment to making a positive difference in every patient’s life. She loves seeing the immediate impact of her work, whether it’s relieving pain, restoring a tooth, or easing the nerves of an anxious patient.

Dr. Dalena graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and has gained valuable experience in public dental clinics, dental outreach programs, and even volunteering as a paediatric dentist in Cambodia. She has a genuine interest in helping others, which is why she chose dentistry – a field where science, art, problem-solving, and human connection come together.

When she’s not in the dental chair, you’ll find Dr. Dalena exploring new spots, relaxing with a good book, or indulging in her love for Monopoly. Her travels have taken her to Vietnam, where she enjoys the culture, food, and unforgettable coffee. As a dog lover, she’s especially fond of Samoyeds and Golden Retrievers, though she doesn’t have pets of her own just yet.
